Oppose COVID Liability Immunity for Medical Providers

Nursing homes, hospitals, labs and other medical providers may take shortcuts on COVID-19, exposing their patients and employees to the virus. They should be held accountable, but a bill currently under consideration by the Legislature would grant them immunity.
